Our Closed-Loop Process
1. Sourcing
Timber is sourced from certified sustainable forestry operations and prepared for the kiln.
2. Pyrolysis
Logs are baked in a low-oxygen kiln, heated by a fire oven burning excess feedstock.
3. Processing
The resulting charcoal is cooled, sorted, and packaged for our diverse target markets.
